Marketing may widely be a misreckoned word maybe for its broad definition and practices, I’d say. Marketing is not only offline/online advertising, it’s also SEO, SEM, PR, branding, product marketing, lead generation, and a long list of other things. Mixing concepts of marketing and not having a clear marketing plan would result drastic and bad for the whole business purpose, a thing that marketers would pay high to foresee in order to avoid crappy marketing and get better results instead.
While surfing around I came through this briliant slideshow from Hubspot blog that somehow sums up the mistakes that marketers fall into to suck at marketing pretty badly. The slideshow also answers the question of to be crappy at marketing, it’s pretty to the point indeed!
